The Grand Geometrician’s Ball
If you’re in Seattle this Saturday night and you are enthusiastic about homegrown visual art, your attendance is requested at The Grand Geometrician’s Ball, an evening to benefit Crawl Space Gallery.
The Crawl Space Gallery gala is this Saturday the 22nd from 8 pm to 12 am at 1009 E Pike Street—NOT the gallery. The party has a FREEMASON theme, so dust off your powdered wigs and start practicing your secret handshakes.
Ticket prices range from $25 to $1000. Art Collectors Bill and Ruth True have provided hors d’oeuvres from NW Catering, to be served alongside dishes from Boat Street Cafe, Via Tribunali and Trophy Cupcakes. I am told there will also be wine, beer and masonic-themed cocktails.
Crawl Space co-founder and member artist Anne Mathern has designed a limited edition tote bag for donors who give $100 and up. It doubles as an apron to wear at the event, printed in reference to George Washington’s own masonic apron.
Please RSVP by emailing Aviva (at) the adventure school (dot) com.
